I am a Mac user. What videos are best designed for me to download or watch?
The MPEG version is best for you to download and watch. You can also watch our hi_res wmv's if you have the proper plugin for them. You can obtain the latest Microsoft Windows Media Player Plugin for Quicktime here. It is free.

I use Mozilla Firefox as my browser and when I watch/stream the videos, they are not aligned properly. What can I do about this?
This is a error between Mozilla Firefox browser and the Windows Media Player on the Windows Operating system. You can fix this by simply going here...
http://port25.technet.com/pages/windows-media-player-firefox-plugin-download.aspx
and downloading this plugin that is made by Windows (click the "download now" link). The plugin fixes the bug thats cases this and after you install it, you should be able to see the movies align properly in Mozilla Firefox.
